Sharon Tate has to be one of my favourite beauty and style icons of the 60's. Sharon Tate was always versatile in her roles and looks, while still being glamorous and having minimalist style. Whether or not she had her red locks like in 'The Fearless Vampire', or her hair teased, cat eye on point, and babydoll on, she always had a look that could seduce anyone. No matter what she wore, she always had a look that made her look put together.
'Valley of the Dolls' by Jacqueline Susann is one of my favourite novels of all the time. While the movie adaptation disappointed me, Sharon Tate still gave a wonderful performance, and looked fabulous doing it. I couldn't even imagine any other woman playing Jennifer North other than Sharon. Even when reading the book, before watching the film, I pictured someone with only the beauty and grace that Sharon Tate has.
