I have a really hard time wrapping my head around the idea of November. Living in Canada means that my Thanksgiving celebrations have already passed and that there aren't any fun holidays until December. And yes, I am one of those people itching to start decorating for the Yule season (Sorry, not sorry). November also has me missing summer, when it was so much easier to find fun things to post about. Being stuck in school for another month has left me little to no inspiration when it comes to my outfits, blogging, or finding things for Instagram. Fortunately, I found a beautiful vintage dress from Scarlet Rage Vintage to cheer me up.
I am absolutely infatuated with 1940's novelty prints. If you have read any of my other blog posts, you most likely already knew this. 1940's prints with florals, faces, animals, cigarettes, hands, and spiderwebs are to die for. My new favourite dress from Scarlet Rage Vintage is my first dress I own with a 1940's print of florals and faces on it (Look closely!). It blows my mind. The detailing that went into patterns and materials in the 1940's amazes me and makes me wonder why prints like this aren't made anymore. This dress has taken me out my dreary state this month. I highly recommend looking at Scarlet Rage Vintage's website. They have so many beautiful and collectible vintage pieces, and their customer service is wonderful. Dealing with them was absolutely peachy, and my dress got to me in tip top condition!
